You can communicate via qaul without the Internet.

There is no advertisement and no data collection. There is no central registration. The app can be used anonymously by choosing a random user name.

Public messages are readable for everyone in the network and spread throughout the network. Chat messages are end to end encrypted and only readable by the receiving person.
